歡迎使用 MyProGuide 所提供之旅遊媒合與內部營運服務（以下合稱「本服務」）。本條款適用於透過行動應用程式、網站或其他通路使用本服務之所有使用者。
2. 帳號註冊
您必須提供真實、準確且完整之資料；如有變更，應即時更新。您應自行妥善保管帳號密碼，因帳號使用所生之一切行為，由您負完全責任。
3. 使用規範
您同意不利用本服務從事任何違反法令、侵害他人權利或本服務正常運作之行為，包含但不限於發送垃圾訊息、惡意程式、未經授權之資料蒐集等。
4. 智慧財產權
本服務之介面、商標、文字、圖片、軟體及其他內容，均屬 MyProGuide 或其授權人所有，非經書面同意，不得重製、散布或以其他方式使用。
5. 服務變更與終止
MyProGuide 得依營運需要新增、修改或終止本服務之全部或一部，亦得依本條款暫停或終止您的帳號。
6. 免責聲明
本服務依現況提供，MyProGuide 不保證服務不中斷、無錯誤或完全符合您之預期。法律允許之最大範圍內，MyProGuide 不對任何間接、附隨或衍生損害負責。
7. 準據法與管轄
本條款之解釋及適用，以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法。如有訴訟，雙方合意以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

Welcome to MyProGuide. These Terms govern your use of our travel matching and internal operations services (the “Service”), delivered via mobile apps, the website, or any other channel.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on the rights of others, or to interfere with the Service’s operation, including spam, malware, or unauthorised data collection.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service’s interfaces, trademarks, copy, images, software, and other content belong to MyProGuide or its licensors. No reproduction, distribution, or other use is permitted without written consent.
5. Modification & Termination
MyProGuide may add, modify, or discontinue all or part of the Service, and may suspend or terminate your account, in accordance with these Terms.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is”. MyProGuide does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all of your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyProGuide is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute will be submitted to the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
