1. 我們蒐集的資料

  • 帳號資料:電子郵件、姓名、暱稱、電話、語言偏好。
  • 個人資料:頭像、自我介紹、性別、生日(旅客選填)。
  • 裝置資料:推播 token、作業系統、App 版本、裝置型號。
  • 使用內容:聊天訊息、行程、客戶評價、操作紀錄(稽核日誌)。
  • 位置資訊:僅在您主動分享行程或定位時使用,不持續背景追蹤。

2. 我們如何使用資料

  • 提供與維運本服務、處理訂單與媒合行程。
  • 傳送與服務有關之通知(推播、Email),可於設定中關閉。
  • 稽核與防詐:偵測異常登入、保留 90 天稽核紀錄。
  • 法令遵循與爭議處理。

3. 第三方服務

  • Supabase(資料庫、儲存、推播 webhook)— 我們的主要後端。
  • Expo Push(透過 Apple APNS / Google FCM 傳送推播)。
  • Google OAuth(選擇性登入方式)。

各第三方僅取得提供其服務所必要之最小資料;我們不販售您的個人資料。

4. 資料保存期限

一般帳號資料於帳號存續期間保存;帳號刪除後,個人資料於 30 天內由稽核流程硬性清除(軟刪除 30 天供救援,逾期硬刪)。法律要求保留之單據(如發票、合約)依各地法令保存。

5. 您的權利

您可隨時於 App 內查閱、更新或刪除您的資料;亦可來信申請資料匯出或永久刪除。

6. 兒童

本服務不主動向 13 歲以下兒童提供服務;如發現相關資料將立即刪除。

7. 政策變更

政策更新時,將於 App 與本頁公告;如為實質性變更,將於登入時提示同意。

1. Data We Collect

  • Account data: email, name, nickname, phone, language preference.
  • Profile data: avatar, bio, gender, birthday (traveler optional).
  • Device data: push token, OS, app version, device model.
  • Usage data: chat messages, itineraries, reviews, audit logs.
  • Location: only when you actively share a trip or your position; no continuous background tracking.

2. How We Use Data

  • To deliver and operate the Service and match itineraries.
  • To send service-related notifications (push, email); these can be disabled in settings.
  • Audit + anti-fraud: detect suspicious logins, retain 90-day audit logs.
  • Legal compliance and dispute resolution.

3. Third Parties

  • Supabase (database, storage, webhook fan-out) — our primary backend.
  • Expo Push (delivers notifications via Apple APNS / Google FCM).
  • Google OAuth (optional login method).

Third parties receive only the minimum data required to deliver their service. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Retention

Account data is retained for the life of your account. Upon deletion, personal data is purged within 30 days (a 30-day soft delete allows recovery, after which hard deletion runs). Records required by law (invoices, contracts) are kept per jurisdiction.

5. Your Rights

You may review, update, or delete your data inside the app at any time, and may email us to request data export or permanent deletion.

6. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13. If we discover such data we will delete it immediately.

7. Policy Changes

Updates will be posted to the app and to this page. Material changes will request renewed consent on next sign-in.
